Although we strive to present accurate and current information, racing information can change, including because of scratches, entry changes, corrections, official rulings, schedule changes, or updates from third-party sources.

Racing information may be obtained from third-party or publicly available sources and may be updated automatically. As a result, there may be delays between a change to official racing information and its appearance on the Site.

Flying Dutchmen does not guarantee that all racing information displayed on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

Official racing organizations, racetracks, and other authoritative sources should be consulted when current or official information is required.

Information provided through the Site, including racing entries, results, pedigrees, statistics, and other horse-related information, is provided for general informational purposes only.

The Site is not a wagering or handicapping service, and information displayed on the Site should not be relied upon for wagering decisions.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, design, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Flying Dutchmen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Flying Dutchmen-owned Site content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Certain names, photographs, videos, racing information, articles, social media posts, trademarks, and other materials displayed or linked through the Site may belong to third parties and remain subject to their respective rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
